for starters, they have login URLs embedded with passkeys.If ya try the regular URL it will simply result in something known as an infinite loop for your browser...which means, your browser will keep redirecting in a manner that it will never retrieve the proper page.

your best bet is joining the IRC, and askin for help (ie..request for another login URL, which will be mailed to you.)

And to Cabalo, I believe dupe accounts are allowed as long as you don't BT invite/trade on both accounts.
