Theres ptn and iplay,they are high up in that rank list(atleast the last time I checked)
iPlay is level 5 in the WTO, perhaps that's high-level for him? Although I once got offered an invite the second I mentioned I wasn't there...
Its a decent one,not too many torrents,fl.ro has more,but speeds are good :)
FL.ro, now that's a great site. I can't compare it against iPlay because I've never been at the latter, but my friends from Romania have told me it's by far the best Romanian tracker.
Of course, you can also use it if you're from another country. I've found several movies and music albums that weren't elsewhere. :)

I know iplay and Ptn are high level but ptn was open for external app and so most of the people found their way into the site
Iplay was a very rare tracker before 3 to 4 months as invite system was disabled, but now it is comparatively easy to get into iplay.
I think now every one needs SCC, BCG, FTN and FSC, former twos invites i don't have and later twos invites i am seeking:lol:
