slsk isle has alwyas run from the same box and the server is therefore the same one. so when normal slsk goes down so does isle. i used to run both in the good old days.

i am loading both isle and normal soulseek while we speak...

and yeah i got 15 CD's of burning to do today :(

me is just a tad hungover aswell...all this work...shesh :(

only thing there testing is the "recomendations" feature which isn't that great IMO I'd rather have a "search user list only" feature

isle isnt the new client it is an old entirely different client designed for the sharing of just electronic music in the way slsk was origionally designed. it turned out that the server had a lot of problems using 2 programs and was subsequently closed down for the time being. they used the isle software to test the recommendations out. recommendations have now been incorperated into slsk150. download now or i'll spank your ass.

right for the umpteenth time. the isle was up as a test it finished after 24 hours. there is a new version of normal slsk out but not many changes. i'd advise everyone to download that version. 150. get it here
