I thought this was cool growing up. Now I think this clip is funny (the first Rocky movie is still great, though) and a bit gay (not in a bad way, but IDK if there's a gay boxer out there).
The song is still good, though.

Special mention for Roy Buchanan's version of Sweet Dreams over the closing credits of The Departed.
Fabulous version of a great song...mediocre movie, but you'll have that from time to time.
Hey, I already posted the Wayne's World clip. I must be on clocker's ignore list...:sadwalk:
:D
When I played the Exorcist song, my dog started barking and ran downstairs. She's probabl just "protecting"us... :idunno:
I have nobody on ignore.
I must have been distracted by Heidi.
If you've never heard Tubular Bells in it's entirety, you should.
The riff featured in the movie is only a tiny fraction of the piece (and not even my favorite).
Grabbed it on your recommendation. I've heard some of it before, but my listening was very passive. I've been trying to find some soothing, yet attention-grabbing music for feeding times with the twins. I think this will do very nicely. Thanks, clocker!
You breastfeeding?
No, I just have big pecs. :P
If you mean my wife...she tried it and the schedule was insane. Not only were we feeding every 4 hours, she had to pump every 3. I don't see how anyone could keep up such a schedule. And on top of all that, our son was in the NICU for the first month. We had to go to the hospital every day, and keep all of the relatives up-to-date. Too much, too much...
It's better now though. Our son is home. Our daughter is not so colicky (another log on the fire), and we even get some peace occasionally. We are still doing the every 4 hour feedings.
Don't worry MBM you are just new in business. Practice my friend :P

One of the best soundtracks I ever heared was the music form the movie Gladiator.
The scene where Maximus walks in the fields is just magnificent with the music of Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard.
And the scene that makes me cry everytime is the scene when he dies and Now we are free is played.
From one of my favorite movies

There are several great soundtrack scenes in Elizabethtown. Cameron Crowe has a knack for that.
I couldn't find any videos of the actual scenes but, both are in Elizabethtown.
Elton John - My Fathers Gun (classic. if you don't know this one, click the link and repent now)
Ryan Adams - Come Pick Me Up (great harmonica and chorus in this one)
Another good one. It's from the funeral scene.
