hmm...i could set up dial up on my old computer for free?!? :D
hey this is really cool info,unfortunately I can't copy or paste or print from this interface anyone know why ? and how :unsure: I could make it work?
@pingus
Sure you can. If you want to disable your cable, simply go to your control panel, then "Network and Dail-up Connections". From there you can right-click and enable/disable your connections.
@stupidguy
Yup. :D
@agatewayuser
You can't copy and paste from this board? That's odd, works great for me. What browser are you using?
Thanks crackhead is dialing already is just giving me 60 seconds to connect and it kicksme out before setting up my email, I guess i have to keep on trying .
I Will let you know when it works.
again THANKS
ctrl +c = copy
crtl +v= paste

Dial-up should be free. :D
High Five. I think thats a great find and it helps me for sure if I get it to work...It means I can get my cox internet and still give my dad free dial up. My current isp provider (dsl) gives us free unlimited access through both dial up and dsl. Its cook, but I hate the dsl built in firewall that blocks like anything from coming in and going out. Plus I want the 300 - 600 I can get with cox. I get like 60 on a good day right now. Great find and thanks. ~curious as to what could go wrong though if they find out~ Hope no one gets caught.
The Juno link is dead, I searched the site and found the dl. Is this the right one juno533a.exe?
Yes thats the one. I guess the webmaster of that site doesn't want direct linking, so he renamed the file. I edited the guide, sorry about that.Quote:

No problem. :)
I dont know if I did it right, how do I know it worked?
If you did it right, when Juno connects Beware of Dog will kill the browser, and the banner won't show up, but you will remain connected. Beware of Dog will show this, and say how many times it's killed the banner, then close itself.Quote:

EDIT: I added important information about the "Screaming Broccoli", you might want to check the guide again.
Has anyone else hosted the juno533a.exe file? I have tried the posted website but it seems they have removed the file. PM me if you have any other links to it. I am anxious to give this a try! Thanks!
my bro hooked that same thing up befor but it was a diff prg, i dont think it was a prog, it might've been a tweak.
i already had the ad banner block from [illegal link] but know its perfect
the webpages load quicker because juno was taking up memory

@mooseman2070
Your welcome. :)
@zirjacks and skooga
Damn, I guess the webmaster got mad and removed the Juno 5.0 Build 33 file... I'll try and get this file hosted as soon as possible. Please be patient, I'm on 56k.
thanks man! you rock :D
Thanks KrackHead2K! props on posting this thread!
Hey if anyone has the juno533a.exe file could they please go to my ftp and upload it? pm me for the link to the ftp. thanks!!
Hey its me again. dont know if you all have seen this but i found juno v5.0 build 33 here
Hey, that guy must have made up his own name for that file, when it came from Juno, the version 5 installation file was named junoinst.exe ... that may be why you can't find it out there anywhere if you've been searching for it... it's big, over 7 megs...
There, fixed the link in the guide, thanks zirjacks. :)
@justanotherthief
Yeah it is pretty big, 7,782KB.
holy shit kid your sigs alittle big :D :DQuote:

:rolleyes:
is this ilegal?
will juno ever find out
and who created beware of dog?
I think so. You can surf the web without Juno's annoying ads, clicking those ads pay for Juno's free services. I guess you can call it illegal.Quote:
is this ilegal?
Nope. Because you won't activate your account, Juno won't even know your online! But I am NOT held responsible for whatever happens. Me and my neighbor have been doing this for over a year now.Quote:

Some group called "The Elusive Masquerade," you can check their main site Here.Quote:

yoou said whatever happens what wold probably happen ur not responsible for?
Most likely your not going to get caught. I know a lot of people who have been doing this for some time now, without any problems. I just simply want you to know, IF something were to happen, you can't blame anything on me.Quote:

I wouldn't worry much about it, if you didn't activate your account, and you filled out your member details with B.S.
there aren't any local numbers here. :angry:
Oh, that sucks. :( Where do you live anyway?Quote:

wow that beware of the dog site is good? it has banners on it
can you get caught?
I really wouldn't worry about it, me and some friends have been doing this for over a year now. It's like Juno doesn't even know your online.Quote:
