Just watched this yesterday (Fast Five, I mean) and oh my, I allmost fell asleep if it were not for the hot girls. And I never fall asleep during movies....

Well I did finally watch Fast 5 myself, and although we are supposed to suspend disbelief while watching a movie or reading a book, the point at which the DSS Federal agent says yeah sure I'll help you to his target really stretched credibility past breaking point. Why the fuck would he say that ? Wouldn't he just go and call up alot morehomicidalFederal agents to come down and kick some ass? Maybe they could just do a Noriega on him and invade the whole fucking country, why not, the Americans seem to need no excuse these days, then we could have classic American muscle cars avoiding 30mm self depleting uranium rounds from the GAW-8A avenger cannon on A-10 Thunderbolts or Hellfire missiles on Apache attack choppers. That'd be a hoot!

I finally watched this, I didn't know they still made quality film. The tearjerking brodrama, the "that's definitely what I would have done too" action sequences, the carefully developed personalities whose fidelity to their role shines so bright that it blinds those fucking empire penguin sluts, all layered onto one of the most riveting and holeproof plotlines to ever hit the cinemas. Really great stuff.
