Re: Would you listen to music in a language you didn't understand?
A song is more than just vocals. Most people only care about vocals. But in an average band, there will be at least 4 or 5 musicians, relegating vocals to some low overall percentage of the total composition. So if vocals were sung in a language I didn't know...so what? There's still so much more music there to enjoy.

Re: Would you listen to music in a language you didn't understand?
Of course! I do appreciate lyrics, especially when they're written with poignancy and cleverness, but they are frequently translated into English, so I can refer to them if I wish, and even if they aren't, the voice is an amazing instrument. Do you avoid music with guitars, because they can't speak? That would be silly. I do occasionally feel as though I'm missing out on some aspect of the song that I wouldn't as a native speaker, yet emotions still come through in the voice, and that is often what matters most to me when assessing a singer, not their pronunciation or the perfection of a note.
Oh, and here are a few favorite songs in languages other than English.
