I don't know if this is helpful but I post on non-bt related Reality TV forums where being a spamming douche is considered a requirement for acceptance.
Check out Carfellas. It's the latest reality tv show that i'm hooked on. Something about overweight Italians constantly cursing and arguing over the proper way to pronounce the word cannoli is amusing to me.

As for your second question, I'm not sure if I've seen any Muslim reality shows.
