I think invites are gone , only uploaders can invite
its "intention" & "right guy" the only 2 thing required to get an invite.
not only uploders, BT has given 1 invite to every user recently with expiry date of 2 weeks. people don't want to invite other, as they are leet.
People don't want to invite other if they are not Romanian.
