The problem was that his schtick never went anywhere. When he decided to run around defacing the site ala J-Dye, I can see why Cabalo would have gotten tired of him. Is his problem (Asperger's) legit? IMO, yes. Does it give him carte blanche to run around like a dumb ass whenever the mood strikes? I think not. Maybe getting his hand smacked (banned here- a site he liked) may have ultimately been a good lesson for him.
