I'm looking at the Japanese link, MAZDA, and President two, ADAMS, almost an anagram. Just a "Z" for an "S".

I suspect that order of the logos may have been changed. The page has certainly been modified TODAY.
If you take the mazda option, but instead of following the link you type in www.mazda.com, you then get the option to go to mazda's uk website.
Aha ! Thanks lynx.Quote:

I think we are getting back to the Nixon/Dixon issue, but at least it makes sense why we are getting there.
yuppers...
model no:5 at the uk mazda site for me is the RX-8
edit I'm guessing we have to list the order of what we find/need
Ford..........START AT THE SITE WITH A PRESIDENT'S NAME
Mazda............NOW SECOND IN LINE BEFORE PRESIDENT TWO
RX-8............WHERE MODEL NUMBER FIVE IS THE ONE THAT YOU NEED
Nixon.............IS ALSO THE CENTRE OF PRESIDENT THREE
Dickson/dixon........THEN BELONGING TO HIM IS THE NEXT SITE TO COME
.................BUT AN AIRLESS DEVICE IS THE PRODUCT THAT MATTERS
If Nixon\Dixons was correct, the next site could be dixon.com or, looking atcould be dixons.com, as in Dixon's, belonging to.Quote:
THEN BELONGING TO HIM IS THE NEXT SITE TO COME
Neither look promising.
:)

At least we know the answers are in there somewhere.
We either have to find a Dixon's company that deals with food products or backtrack and take another route.
Didn't it say Model 5 not No. 5 at the UK link..and that the one that BD and I eluded to making it Nixon I think...and I think that the Dixon bit is correct...sounds logical to me.
There's a Dixon Food site
Dixon Food
there are heaps of dixon sites if you do a google.... no idea what an airless device could be tho... I think we are still missing a vital link....Quote:
SPICY FOOD IS FOUND ON THESE CORPORATE PLATTERS
BUT AN AIRLESS DEVICE IS THE PRODUCT THAT MATTERS
and it's probly staring us in the face...
Model no 5 on the uk site is RX8 not MX5, but since the X is the common factor it doesn't really matter how you read it.
I'm still looking at Hoover as the airless device, also the name of FBI chief J. Edgar and President Herbert C. And the Hoover dam is near Boulder, Colorado.
I'm just wondering if we are picking up cookies (we are, I've checked) by visiting all these sites, and if so how they might later be used.
An anagram of Spicy foods is Poofy discs. Does that help?
:)
It could BD. It might lead us to Jackson. :lol:Quote:

Sorry, I never thought about that. I delete all cookies & files every 20 minutes or so however. :unsure:Quote:

I was actually thinking that we might need the cookies at the end, as a sort of verification that we've been to all the correct sites.
Sort of like picking up proof of visiting on a real treasure hunt.
Oh. I never thought of that either............. seems like a recurring theme for me. :D
I have the same problem with some of your riddles. :P
Not hardly. :DQuote:

well I can't help anymore... if I even have...
it's nearly midnite and the brain is closing down on this one.... so I'm off for some light hearted fun ... or spam...
no doubt I will wake up in 4 hrs with the answer to the dixon problem...
want me to ring ya??? :D
Yes please !
Are we definetely on track? The reason I'm asking is, in 1969 Ted Kennedy was involved in a car accident at Chappaquiddick, which landed him in the lake, or river.
The key being nominally=Of, resembling, relating to, or consisting of a name or names. Therefore we'd be starting with KennedyQuote:
BY CAR THROUGH A RIVER HE NOMINALLY CAME
Quote:
NOW SECOND IN LINE BEFORE PRESIDENT TWO
Who was it that took over when Kennedy was assasinated?Quote:
IS THE LINK TO JAPAN AND THE JOURNEY FOR YOU
Did he make an historic trip to Japan?
I know shut the fuck up, we almost had it solved!! :D
O.K. i did some searching, Lyndon Johson took over after Kennedy was assasinated, but I could'nt find a link to Japan, but if you go to the Kennedy website Kennedy It's based in the U.K.
Maybe this will lead nowhere, it may come back to were you guy's are now , who know's, I'm exploring both option's now, Thank's the fuck alot Ridd's :D
 Yer welcome.
Has anybody got any further ? There's so many possibilities now, given what Tim came up with. I'm thinking that some of these sites we're being led to have changed significantly since this Treasure Hunt thing was put together and we'll have to do some creative puzzle solving to fill in the missing pieces.
OR....................
One of us can try to build an original, up-to-date challenge from scratch for the gang to solve. :) Whaddya think ?
I tend to agree, sites change so much it can make it impossible to work out.
Go for it Ridds.
:)
now that sounds exciting... our own treasure hunt....
I'd be happy to help you Ridds if you decide to go with it.....
Excellent ! Where should we start Ang ? PM me with your ideas if you like. :)
Oh, and my apologies to everyone who put so much brainpower into that last one. I should have investigated it on my own first.
Hi folks. Just a quick update on the Treasure Hunt.....Ang & I are working at a feverish pace ;) to construct a truly entertaining and challenging trek for y'all. It's tough to get together on it with the difference in our time zones, but we shall perservere and it will be ready soon. :)
