I heard that for the upcoming Indiana Jones movie, they used special effects to make Ford look younger. Appears they aged him pretty hard for this one.
He's 80. He basically looks his age.
He'll be fine. They have stunt doubles for dangerous scenes (like getting up from his rocking chair too quickly).
