The Irsay curse lives!!!
Just watched Ruben Stoddard sing the national anthem to start the second game. Just a fantastic job, always brings chills. You can tell when someone is in a groove when you hear the fans really singing too.
The star spangled banner is a song which requires a smooth voice in the beginning and a booming voice to close it out. Seen it scrrewed up too many times. I really hate it when they wheel out some famous chior and watch them turn it into some fruitloop rendition. This song is best performed solo.

what happened to the sports world campaign? :(
I just want to say that I had no idea who that guy was, I had to go to ESPN.com to find out.
Point being, I am not an American Idol viewer. Really, I swear.
Panthers take a temporary lead 7-0
:D 7 - 3 Carolina at the Half. :D
Could someone please kill Troy Aikman during halftime?
Another half listening to his redundant drivel and ALL my hair will fall out.
Eagles need to make a "big" play. Hasn't happened yet.
Duce Staley just made a nice gain though.
It's amazing it's only 7-3.
Come on EAGLES Let's do it !! 13-3 :frusty:
:o Carolina in the SuperBowl? Are we about to see this happen? :o
;) Nobody.I mean nobody had them picked to go before the Season started.
;) MCNabb is done with.Sorry Philly fans but it is over. You will never be back. You had 3 Years to do something. It was now or never.
lol...I'm glad I'm not back home in Philly right now.
You'll hear about the riots in Philly on the news tomorrow.
They are getting very pissed right about now
Ye of little faith, Philly will win, count on it!Quote:

Yeah, I'm a little embarassed to find myself talking like that hobbes. Plenty of time left but....I don't see anything happening to hang any hope upon. No, momentum swinging the Eagles way. I'm on the Eagles Discussion board also and they are not a bunch of happy campers.
:D Thats it guys.Put up them Helmets. :D
Panthers vs Patriots in the Super Bowl.
Congratulations to the Panthers and all their fans.
You came into Philly well prepared and played a great game.
Good luck in the Super Bowl!!

Oh Ya FC. I could never support an AFC team. Carolina will win big in the Super Bowl, make no mistake about it. Tom Brady and the Pats won't be able to withstand the kind of rush you saw today. For now, I need to ease the disappointment I'm feeling after seeing the Eagles lose their 3rd straight NFC Championship opportunity. :)Quote:

well, sorry about that mrlessk
guess the panthers came a little more prepared than the eagles
it happens, it sucks, but it happens
guess i have to give the bowl to the pats
carolina's done something, getting to where theyre going,
but man, the pats are feckin tough right now
plus they got history on their side too
think its like the last 4 teams to win out their last 12 reg season games all won the bowl?
i could be wrong about that, but i think thats what i heard
well mr lessk, youre like me and the niners now,
waitin on next year :)
:D NIKKI is putting up a Super Bowl Poll. :D
:P An FC idea. :P
