any motherboard will fit.
and about your ram choice, heres better stuff:
either
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc....y=BROWSE&depa=1 2 sticks of that
or
2 sticks of this:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc....y=BROWSE&depa=1
the first one is a bigabyte of memory, but slower memory, and the second one is faster, but only 512mb. 512mb of memory will be good for now.. and you can always get more later, id go with the second one, and grab a 512mb stcik at a later time. remember whatever one you get make sure to get 2 sticks of it.
Dam good choice. little more then i chose then but mine had tax. So it's the same :DQuote:

It all depends on multi tasking.....if you plan to run a few background apps (zone alarm, kazaa, mesenger, ICQ) and play games, 512 will be fine....if you want to run loads of big apps and play games at the same time, then a gig or 768 should do you
Most things i use on here a one time. The background programs would be; norton (corp), swap gate (all day & night), sygate pro, and flashget.
What about the monitor? is that one cool?
Monitor looks very nice, I would go for it.
Memory.....512 should be fine for your needs, however if you have the money lying around from your budget then I would go for more :P , just incase, bigger is better, ask Mad Cat, he has 2 gigs
Yeah i was gonna make 768 becuase i am still below $2000 :D Will 512 or 768 affect gaming?
Well the main reason i didn't include it, is because i never use it. I even have it disabled on the comp i have now. [/b][/quote]Quote:

My god, these speakers ROCK! I was a bit skeptical at first w/the $ tag but when i hooked them up my room sounded like a theater. And that is only with four out of the six speakers. The computer i was using didnt support 6 channel audio(not the comp i bought these for) and i cannot wait to hook all of them up. to those who said that the bass is overpowering, WHATS WRONG WITH YOU! Its perfect. i myself am a gamer and i played bf1942 with them and its amazing. I also watched the movie Spawn and my whole room shook during parts, it just blew me away. Music is superb as well.
BUY THESE! if you are in the market for a budget system, you wont be disapointed
Only complaint is the bass adjustment knob is on the sub so you have to reach.
Many kudos to NEWEGG, recieved my order in 3 days and i ordered on a Sat. night.
its only $7 although u might not need it...whats ur total at now?
