Everything seems to be working fine now (for me). :)

Just checked my inbox and had about 20 new messages :p .

Reality - 7 test pm's
IKE - One test and one reply to You Smell Of Tramp Pish and one warning
Pete Moss - 123 fuking 4 got it :P
Spider Dude - Hawt cyber chats
And some of others iv got to reply to.

However i wasnt notified about them :( .

errrrr problems are back for me now.

i keep getting the "database errors\problems" error and my pms say i have 0 unread but when i actually look in the inbox i had 1 from peatmoss and 2 from rip_the_jacker.

grrr, I am really not sure what to do. My one programmer had no clue what the problem was, as 80% of the people here do not get it. I'm still trying to figure it out, but can't some up with anything. If any of you can help out or have experienced these problems at other forums let me know

I am getting a database error when using pm's, even though they send ok... :huh:

I haven't recieved an error yet, only I am not notified when I have a PM, not even by email :huh:

Thats how mine started, then i couldnt pm anyone for a while now hlf the time i get errors.

I wonder if it might be skin related. I use the Synapse skin and haven't had any of the problems with PMs until I got a database error yesterday, although I still had the UserCP problems. PM notifications have been ok though.

I'm at work atm, and the skin seems to change with every function I select. However, I'm not sure of the cookie settings on this pc so that may be part of that trouble.

I can change my UserCP options now too.

I'll start a poll to see if there's any correlation between skins and problems.

Hmm, I wonder too if it has anything to do with the skin being used. To the people with the problems, try using either of the other 2 skins and see if you still get errors. I havn't recieved any errors with any of the skins personally.

Im using Cromo if that maks any difference.

Im gonna change skin and someone try and PM me, but in rality its done in he boards database so ssending me an email shouldn mater what skin i use.

I got an error sending the pm to peerzy with synapse skin.

Iv been using defual ever since i mde my post and its saying no pm's yet i bet if i check them i'll have one.

I got the error message when i sent one to manker.When i tried to re-send it but got the warnig that i`d sent the same one within sixty seconds.It says i`ve sent one in my in sent items but i`ve not had a reply back yet.

Either manker did`nt find it funny or he has`nt recieved it yet. ;)

I recieved one form rookie called es oday sometime but i wan't notified.

On topic - kinda. I didn't receive a pop up notification for that PM, nor did it tell me that I had any unread PMs at the top right of the screen there - but I was able to reply without a database error and I hardly ever get the database errors when I post, neither. Also I can adjust anything i like in the CP with no problems.

I'm using winXP SP1 with FireFox 0.9.2.
