That makes sense I guess. On my work computer I have never disabled those Windows Messenger pop-ups...the thing is I've gotten an IE pop-up in that instance. It's weird too that the "I need to be in loobi's anus" thread doesn't give me a pop-up anymore (pun?). It used to do give my browser wood every time. I have all this shit blocked on my home computers.

@buju - I don't really like RP's sig either but oh well..it doesn't really cause a problem with me computing.

the easy way to check for spyware is click run and type in msconfig and then click on startup, seeing anything unusual remove the tick next to it. if you are unsure what unusual is google it.

Oh en there is a thread when you click on it then you get a log in pop-up from a porn site....but that was months ago and the thread has probably been closed....

Ok it's definitely confirmed.

I clicked on "Do Cable tidies get you sexually excited" thread and another pop-up.

This shit is definitely triggered by sexual words. I still think it came some initial code or something from this site (maybe someone's avatar) and I'm probably the only one not running a pop-up/spyware blocker (ont this particular computer).

Alright now I'll have to put Spybot on this computer.

(wtf is a cable tidy? :huh: )
