"Credibly accused" has less meaning to a man-of-means such as Tate - he disgusts me, but the powers-that-be cannot detain him for being a scumball.
We've all seen situations like his.
Illegals are much easier to deal with, no matter your personal inclination to give them a pass, one and all.
So, to sum up:
Tate should be confined, by whatever means, but it isn't happening.
Illegals are being rounded up for repatriation, which pleases the masses and is a political plus for Trump.
Your formulation is lacking.

To do so would reveal nothing.

People breaking their backs to pick vegetables for $2/hour are inherently not criminals. Criminals take the easy way of doing things to avoid hard work. Or, say, commit war crimes condemned by most nations in the free world.
Saul Alinsky would be so proud of you - too bad he didn't stick round to see how this is turning out.

Okay - who did the people you would refer to as "Native Americans" take this land from?
If the immediate aim is to 'stop the war', some arms need twisting, and some bullets need bitten.
Ping to your pong, sir.

Look what you've been reduced to...
Tell me - if both sides (and just to be clear, I'm referring to Ukraine and Russia) just lay down their arms and retreat to the territories they currently occupy, how would you feel about that?

Sorry for the Wikipedia link but there was no better short synopsis of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty signed by Russia, US, Britain, and Ukraine. Ukraine was the 3rd largest nuclear power after Soviet Union broke apart. Ukraine gave up nuclear arsenal for guarantee of sovereignty and protection.
Guess who broke the deal when he invaded...

"Putin doesn't keep his word."
I don't disagree.
Tell me precisely how we ensure he does, short of boots (our boots) on the ground?
He can keep doing what he's doing until the Ukraine has no more bodies to sacrifice.
Remember, if Europe steps-up like they've apparently promised, Putin has spoken of his willingness to use tactical nukes on European/NATO countries, including the U.K.
So, if Putin can't be trusted, we're looking at WWIII.

Re: Last one to post wins the internets
One more thing:
Surely you've heard of The Azov Brigade?
They hang out in Eastern Ukraine and kill stray Russians.
They're also actual, real live Nazis.
Putin doesn't like them, but Zelenskyy does.

So YOU think WE should go to war.
We could have saved a lot of time if you'd just said so at the outset.

Nobody puts chavis in a corner as Patrick Swayze will have you know while he blinds you with his awesome dance moves and embarrasses all the conservative parents present at the hop.
Is the paint caustic or something? Cos I would just put on my asbestos proof dancing boots and do the twist all over your curtains and ruin your wanky fucking carpet, and leave third degree burns all over your the slack-jawed, stroked out side of your funny looking faces.

Out of curiosity, did you think the UK, Germany and the rest of NATO should have gone to war in that little Afghanistan adventure 20-odd years ago when the US/NATO called out Article 5?
If yes, how is support for Ukraine any different? Sure, they are not part of NATO, but the US gave security guarantees back when they gave up their nukes. If Putin now attacks a NATO member, are you saying that you advocate not responding to that either?
We could save a lot of time in the future if you say so now.

One last question for the evening:
Europe/Non-US NATO wants to help Ukraine.
What will their compulsion be if Putin turns off the gas?
