What Trackers Are Worth [With Reviews and Ratings]

I have a DS question

Is there a way to set the site to be read in only English? Lol it might be a stupid question, but I can't do nada on it.

I did how ever I did it, got to at least show some movies & porn in English{haha}. But, I would like to rumor about on it & at least set what I wanna see & put an av.
