People who donate to a cause they deem worthy do have a right to know or ask where their money is going or being used, no ?

Edit: There is no proof about money being taken we have already gathered that, it was a guess/allegation/feeling call it what you want. Anyway, the TOPIC WAS "Prediction: ChronicTracker will merge into Scenetorrents " IMO, it went off topic long ago as it was planned too
