Norwegian is not a EU member and their server are in germany.
Swedish trackers should be removed from the list in my opinion for now.
NorBits probably will reach level 8 since the demand for this tracker will be massive!

I wouldn't jump the guns just yet. If in a week or so a list of all the tracker's that have been indefinitely shut down can be agreed upon, I think then it would be appropriate to start taking them off. Who knows, some might come back in other countries or under a different name, and some more might shut down within the week.
