use the .png files in this thread (posted by Kunal i think) - when you open these in photoshop the top layer is the logo, with a transparent background.

so have the .png logo file open, and the image you want to add the logo to, then in then in the 'layer' menu box - drag and drop the logo layer from the box on to you image.
