if scc is compared to sct -ect why level 2???? Plus a ten rating? If they say its like tl or the other top 0 days, i think it deserves the credit...? I read the review seems to thought of more than a level 2 site. maybe 3?:fst:
i agree with you and scc will become soon or later like Sct or anyother high level site..but atm they are many GA and every member have sometimes 5,10,3 invites so that is the most reasone why is lvl 2...i hope soon it will be on higher lvl than this:DQuote:

as for the question ,SCC is rated low in rarity for being easier to get while sct is much more difficult to get while in content both SCT and SCC are rated high because they both have great speeds,content and pre-times
I also think SCC should be at least level 3...
and i think TL should be level 5 they closed for long time now and they clean many unused accounts

unless you are really concern about your security when downloading, then yes rarity brings more security on smaller trackers
but on a 180k members tracker, then forget it, that will not change anything
it doesn't change anything to the quality of TL
anyway, level 4 is still fine for TL, so it stays there for now
