S*C isnt lvl 2 anymore....maybe like 6 months ago lol
it has some of the fastest pre times available...its faster then revtt and atleast the same as S*T if not better...Look at the seed to leech ratio!!! Plus now with the hd section, they get scene hd rips fast as can be.

i gave 2 s*c invites recently , s*c is easier
if there is 15k max at s*c and over 35k at revtt....which is rarer?
So a tracker that has faster pre times, faster speeds, and less memebers is a lower level then a tracker that has more then double the members, slower pre times, and slower torrent speeds...am I going crazy :wacko:
Just because alot of people on here are members already doesn't mean the tracker is more or less rare....when it comes down to it...its the flat out numbers...correct?

Yeah TL should be level 4-5, the thing is that pretty much anyone that used private trackers before they closed invites had an account, making it less rare :S
