It's my special ' ffs stop eating all that junk Sonja' diet.

It consists of eating no carbs ( which is ok now that Ben isn't having that much breast milk anymore) and plenty of fresh veg, some fruit and lean meats. Naturally, no more chocolate, biscuits or take away foods either.

Fruit is full of carbohydrates

ewe have to exercise lyke, you can't just go from eating shit to eating healthy and expect the stones to fall off, you will loose weight but only slightly over a very long period of time
