The only time I've ever blacked out was after chugging an entire bottle of vodka. The next day was one of the worst of my life, (though still falls short of Waffle House food poisoning).

In my youth of an evening I once drank an infeasible amount of pernod. Throwing that stuff up was both surreal and unpleasant :( I burped aniseed for what felt like days.

Anise alcohol is the worst. I feel hours of nausea seconds after imbibing ouzo or baijou (with anise flavoring).

Other people also have cancer, diabetes, arthritis, etc. You should stop whining about the things you don't have & be happy with the things you do. Especially when the thing you are whining about is something that is within your power to control.
