if you rate sct only on the rarty it worth level 3 or 4 , since you pay 20€ and you are in :P
but if you rate it with the rating base of WTAW : Content and Speed and Pre-Times. i think it worth much more then lvl 6 :) , i dont see rarty on the Tracker Ratings am-i wrrong? (see the first page).

iTS review
iTS is a new general tracker from Slovakia but all the site is in English. It's very easy to keep good ratio at iTS. Every user are allowed to upload there (exept moderator have to authorize your torrent first). This tracker has good and active forums. The staff is very helpful. Tracker has and a IRC channel
