please renew the list

in my opinion
ipt must go up and get full mark with his content and speed.
scl must go down after he gave invites to every user.

ipt has already gone up, its just the list that is not updated

they stopped offering them in what.cd. now its just in hdbits. Also make sure you post level 5 and up profile links or they will just deny you. I tried level 3/4 sites that are old and used heavily (tb's) and got denied. Wish they were more specific on what sites they will take or accept that you have or i would have posted better sites that im on. Guess i lost my chance to apply again with other sites. maybe they'll have an open application or something sometime in the future.
