Yes but you need to be rather active in order to catch it. There have been a total of 24 hours of free leech split into 4 parts on the tracker since August. The tracker doesn't keep any older news and I don't remember it either. In any case, a free leech period is usually announced the day before on the news page which is my start page on the tracker so I'll never miss anything ;)
