So what about if I come up with a name of someone who was banned but has been let back in with full knowledge of the mod/admin team.

Here's an interesting point.

Im not spending my time here running after banned ppl.
I dont really mind if a person comes back and keeps the Banned
username/person totally unrelated.

Example: if Billy is here with another account, its OK by me
as long as he dont connect it to the billydean account and plays
by the same rules we all got here.

Also, if he dont reveal himself to be Billy Dean in anyways and
(also if he's not braking teh rules) using a Proxy,
it would very difficult for me to say he is actually Billy Dean.
