HD-Torrent.org is down for the time being as there are huge bugs as incorrect ratio is being reported. Some users have uploaded 1gb and they are getting 100's of GB for free.
There sign ups are also closed while the tracker sorts it self out.

HTTP 403 often means your IP is banned, but I get the same error without even being a member there.
Me too, Romanian Trckers like Czone usess 403 forbidden, when their tracker are DOWN, NOT necessarily your IP is Banned.....from my xperience.:yup:Quote:

We have now moved to a new server and have also changed the URL, the old URL is currently acting as a forwarder just incase your wondering how you got here through it. When we moved the database today and uploaded it to the new server we noticed that it had become somewhat corrupt, quite a lot actually so we had to use the backup from 3 days ago which we apologize for but these things happen from time to time.
