if u can get ovh that the cheapest available with ur needed spec..but leaseweb bandwidth restction u may reach ur badwidth in 2-3 days depending on ur use 2TB only..i signed up with rapidswitch they given me 10 TB/69£ ..not so cheap..1gb ram ..100 mbt speed..will see whether i can make use of it

I would seriously advise giving hosting-ie a wide berth. As has been mentioned, don't expect anything in the way of customer service - they decided to change my log-in and password details without telling me, so upon reinstalling my server over the weekend, I haven't been able to log-in to anything, meaning my sites have been down all weekend as they don't have any customer service working.
You get what you pay for folks.

I think it depends what Server are you ordering, i've hear here lads are getting in 2-3 days, some got in same day :)) some are waiting for 3 weeks, So I think the best Idea is to ask them what is the ETA for the setup.

Russian low do not cares what happens online, :)
but
they do care about traffic so you will pay 4-5 times more than in any EU country
so it is better to find some safe company
I'm with hosting-ie for a while now and all looks fine,
got cutted few times and worst happened was I had to reformat server fully:)
