What CN have to be a level 6? Just for the difficult to enter? The content you find anywhere and the speeds is not the best..

Yes is difficult to get inside.. rarity not so much.. If you are looking for a old movie yes you provably will find there but once you start download is other thing...
I'll try to update the list in a couple of days but seeing as I don't know anything about actually rating these trackers' rarities, you guys need to agree on some levels so I can post accurate information.
Let's start with some basics. What needs to be changed the most and why?
I think goem should go up 1, they're not what you would call 'hard', but they tightened invites all around some time back, so its a bit more difficult than the rest of the trackers in lvl 2.
SceneHD should also go up one since they pruned a ways back and now its a lot harder. I also think their score should go up from 7 to 8, they're doing a pretty good job.
BitHQ tightened invites a few months back, they can no longer be gotten from idling in the irc, and they cost quite a bit. I recommend lvl3 [8]
iTS should go up one. Its pretty hard to get approved there. I think about 2 out of 3 apps are denied, only a few hundred people have the rank to make an app, so it could easily go up 2. Maybe also a [7]
SCC [9] down 1, this is very easy to get, unlimited invites offered at many places. Also just regular invites, so there's no interview. TL and RevoTT are certainly more difficult than SCC.
Something probably has to happen in levels 8-10, but I think its too soon to try to say anything intelligent about what might happen there.
