The trouble in these parts of the world is that buying parts and installing, not even including labor, costs more than to buy a "off the shelf" pc. To be fair I'm not in a city CBD and if I wanted dirt cheap parts and shit service I would of went to my closest MSY store which is about 2 hours away.
