A friend who read the books said Game of thrones (novels) is not completed yet. In fact, GOT season 4 has caught up with the books. Going forward, the series producers going to have to make up their own materials.

Not quite true... there is much more to cover although admittedly the screenwriters have omitted many threads... I believe they have enough material for one more season*.
A Game of Thrones (1996)
A Clash of Kings (1998)
A Storm of Swords (2000)
A Feast for Crows (2005)
*A Dance with Dragons (2011)*
YES! Okay, I have your hybrid order bookmarked. I will start in a day or two after I finish DK's "Strangers" (No SK, very mild, but a good read.)
Thank you too Vesti! :) I'm looking forward to them.
(For those of you watching "Under The Dome", finish the series and do yourself a favor and read the book. New experiences await in your imagination.) ;)
They need dragon battle scenes in the next season.
