OiNK raided, man arrested (merged with "oink closed 4 ever")

I think the guys with the buffer shouldnt put many time in thinking their buffer gone but thinking that their the first or second ring to be invastigated :S, and if in a country like US or UK I wouldnt mind much about my buffer being gone

if you're scared then wipe all logs, burn computer and hide into cellar. if not, find some other torrent site and upload all your oink stuff there :D

isnt there like a disclaimer - the admin is not responsible for what the users upload / download?? so y'd did he get arrested/?

Ali-g, you're saying that people in UK and US could really get in trouble? What about people in the scandinavia? And who will they care about, people uploading a lot or people downloading a lot?

It's the pre-releases that got them in trouble. I loved the site for their out-of-print collections.

Yeah that's good one "optimus" but seariously this people are going to far they are destroying good comuniyties. It's like some friends sharing files between them , what is so ilegal in this?
