I'm guessing my average is about somewhere above 50 but below 100. I download about a gig a day, usually closer to two gigs. I only rarely download more than 3 gigs in a day.

25-50gb and that mostly includes telly episodes and some movies to kill time on weekend.
5 gb i guess.

i try d/l as little as possible probably no more than 100gb nowadays nearer 40-50. then i simply seed it back for eternity :D
