Gee, there have been so many over the years, and I can't pick just one. But the current ones that actually make me laugh out loud in every episode are "The Big Bang Theory" and "Mom." Other good ones (for me) are "Hot in Cleveland," "The Middle" and the perennial "I Love Lucy." That show is still hilarious after 60 years! "All in the Family" is a good one, too. And does anybody remember "Cybill"?

So many good ones. Garth Merenghi's Darkplace, Seinfeld, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the IT Crowd.
But the funniest of all time has got to be Arrested Development.
