Soft-modding Your Xbox The Easy Way!

How long ago did you get your xbox and do you play XB Live?

The week it was released.
It's never been on xbox live.

I have a few questions about soft modding the Xbox (Sorry if they have already been answered; thread is 29 pgs long!)

Does soft-modding work with:
A PAL Xbox (Brand new crystal)
A PAL 007 Agent Under Fire
A PAL Action replay

No matter if I try the UDE1 or UDE2 it still says update.xbe not found.

If someone could send it to me I'll stick it in your original AgentUnder_BondAUF.zip to see if thats all I need.
