I started off with general complaints, then built up to being mis-sold the contract in the first plaice, and under false pretences too. I figured out what worked and what didn't through trial and error with the various people I spoke with. It took me about a week to narrow down exactly what to say, and what effect it would have.
Can't wait for the next zombie story to bust.

Today is the anniversary of D-Day and Google puts up a special logo for... the first drive-in movie theater. :dabs:
