He's being ultra cautious. I guess he has to be after what's gone before for him in the series.

Personally I'd have dropped Bell and brought in Collingwood. Put him at #6, elevated Flintoff to #5 and Pietersen to #4.

Vaughan is batting imperiously. 160 runs off only 200 balls. Marvellous.

It really is great to see England doing this to the Aussies at last. Some quality batting yet to come too.
