1) Volume 3: TSV - Slipknot (work of art and nothing less, I dont care what anyone else says)
2) Ashes of the Wake - Lamb of God (System of a down can suck it when it comes to these guys, best anti-bush/anti-war album of 2004, and just orgasmically good metal music)
3) Master of Puppets - Metallica (nuff said)
4) And Justice for All - Metallica (a classic, any metal fan should have this)
5) Karma and Effect - Seether (What rock/roll should be)
Honorable mention: As the Palace Burns - Lamb of God (Awesome album with a lot of surprises)

Avenged Sevenfold-Waking the Fallen
Metallica- St. Anger
Hawthorne Heights- The Silence in Black and White (I know, it doesn't even fit in with the other 4 :))
Killswitch Engage- End of Heardache (basically any of their albums but I go back to this one the most.)
Underoath- They're only chasing safety

Oh, I can't believe I forgot:
Ride The Lightning by Metallica, I'd pay for that album just for the song "Fade To Black".
