anyways thats cool that you figured out what to do, now i need to get my pc running, all parts are working fine on the bio check but i need to get xp on there with my mobo drivers

You're probably right, at least in the short term.
Lots of people are bitching about multi-rail PSUs, probably for this very reason.

Of course, I still can't figure out the XFX molex deal either.
This is the card I ordered, but not exactly the card we got.
The black/green color combo, the LED lighting but, most importantly, the bloody Molex are all different than what is pictured.

Oh well, live and learn.:pinch:
