I used to be soft ~ this was for reason!
I did have a lot of anger but kept it under control, but changes in life can open that can of worms, things that were under control are becoming out of controll again.
I guess some people know there inner strength and what they can do, but as a normal person with respect it doesn't happen, but what happens when you loose that respect.
I have been abused & cheated on, locally & internationally, I have lost my family ~ I have lost my normality ~ Am I now to lose my sanity ~ will I ever find my sanctuary.
