Funny thing too....I had no idea what the movie was about until my gf was channel surfing and stopped on Logo. She said that was a gay channel but the show that was on didn't look gay. I went to the website and there was Brokeback prominently displayed as a must see movie (among other gayeties).:dry:

Now, if it had been about some sort of farmyard animal, on the other hand...

Midnight Cowboy was a good movie,so what if its about homosexual cowboys,damn it's wild country up there and I should imagine the steers put up more of a fight than sheep:D

For what it's worth: From what little I've heard of it, it's inane in a "the piano" sort of way.

Nothing revolutionary, barring the same-sex thing :dabs:

Exactly, gay cowboy films made to win awards has been the butt of a joke on the Simpsons years back as I recall.

Got that from southpark, but they prolly did that joke in simpsons as well.
