I've recently been doing the same. Some of the old episodes are just hard to watch because they are such poor quality and the plots are terrible. Every few episodes you watch though, they get more and more exciting to continue the story.

s03e09 atm.

Yeah, I couldn't believe how rough the first few episodes looked. Some very wooden acting and dodgy goings-on in the special effects department.

I actually have the first five episodes on vhs somewhere :lookaroun
