what is the circimstances that cause the person to be in this circimstance? personally if someone handed me a loaded firearm and gave me these options, I would figure they were a sick freak, which I would have a lot less trouble killing than someone I know nothing about. that means that I don't have an answer in the polls that works, because I wouldn't let it come to that.
