This one but those two things are made in China. The quality not really that great tho'.

are they ones with those pastic round pellets, (you can get them in metal too) if so i dont know why the are illegal, they don't shoot far, and dont have much power.
Its the gas bbgun or the airgun based on aircompression which are the more harmfull ones.

So if they find out you own a toy gun, they kill you? Whoa. =/
