Did any of this actually happen or are you just making it up as you go along?

I saw the headline, read maybe a paragraph of the article and decided to post, then I remembered the ref in the final was from Guatemala or somewhere so decided it couldn't have been him, cos the bloke who shot himself was German.

Finally I read the article and realised the bloke who shot himself wasnt a ref.

I still don't know who he is but I don't think it's really that interesting if he was a mere faceless bureaucrat, so I didn't elaborate further :dabs:
