After a few weeks of investigating, you guys are right - private sites are indeed newer, Seriously faster and correct files.
Although the ratio thing starts to become an adictive game, in the begining it is harder to maintain the ratio but as soon as your past a certain level it is easy to maintain, even go beyond.
although i still use public sites for the occasional non stressy file or older files.

Private sites = Fast Releases + Fast Speed :D
Private sites are the reason that torrents are so popular. If they wouldn't exist BitTorrent would have gone emule way.
