I had RE4 as my 2005 Game Of The Year and Bioshock looks to be my 2007 GOTY.

I'm looking forward to this one as well. To my eternal shame I have yet to play System Shock.

Yeh RE4 was awesome, completed it like 50 times, deffo my GOTY '05 however RE5 looks to be my '07 one...or Crysis!

Hard to say, it'll look better on a decent PC as it will use DX10 and it's an FPS game so it'll be easier to play on a PC. Also it will be more customizable with the ability to mod PC games (very important in sandbox-type games like these).
